Absent Friends

Who is in and who is out. This years contest sees the return of Portugal and Romania, but Bosnia-Herzegovina is out after just one year.

Turkey and Slovakia still aren't coming back and neither are any of the countries that have been absent since the last decade or longer.

And then there's Russia, not participating doen't mean they don't have a page. It's here.
